Since I've experienced playing the game not full screen the screen to make BT,,, now I will share how to overcome the scale in the display windows 7 especially ati redeon vga card user,,, it's easy just download stays open then there are 3 options:
open app with run adsministrator
1. Maintain aspect ratio
2. Scale image to full panel size
3. Use centered timings
For full view click the number 2 then click quit, if you want to restore the original settings again and click open the number 1 ... easy,,,hehee
